Total Quality Management (TQM) is a philosophy and system for
continuously improving the services and/or products offered to customers
and clients. At one time, TQM was only of interest to engineers and
management gurus. In recent decades, it has spread throughout all types of
businesses, industries, organizations, and institutions. In this unit, you
