Web Browser
Mozilla Firefox is recommended for use with all OCDP courses. It is available free online and the latest version for both Windows and Mac systems may be obtained here.

Adobe Acrobat Reader
A number of courses utilize content that is the portable document file format. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be downloaded and installed in order to view these files.

Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer
If Microsoft PowerPoint is not installed a PowerPoint viewer must be downloaded and used to view all presentations.
