Admissions
Students may gain admission to the University on-line at http://admissions.siu.edu/prospective.htm. Associate of Arts, Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science graduates would select the “Individualized Two Plus Two Program” option. Students who are transferring from two- or four-year institutions would chose the “Transfer” option.
Capstone Applications
Capstone applications can be found at http://registrar.siu.edu/eval/pdf/capsapp.pdf*. The form must be downloaded, completed by the individual and submitted in hard copy directly to the ETD Coordinator during or before the first semester in the baccalaureate program.
