The Ph.D.
in Education with a concentration in Workforce Education and Development is
complete when the candidate's doctoral committee chair notifies the Director
of WED Graduate Programs and the Dean of the College of Education and Human
Services that the following have been successfully completed:

All courses prescribed in the
candidate's program of study, including the designated research tool,

Final copies of the doctoral dissertation
have been submitted to the Graduate School and the Department, and
-
An application for graduation has been submitted to the Graduate School and all relevant fees and outstanding
charges have been paid.
