The Department attempts to accommodate a variety of student needs and interests. Most full- and part-time graduate students live on campus or commute to campus for day, evening, and weekend courses throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters. During summer session, the Department offers an additional option to meet the needs of primarily out-of-state students, most of whom are graduates of the undergraduate off-campus program by delivering courses in a two-week format. Any workforce education and development graduate student, however, is eligible to attend concentrated, summer school courses. Students may register for one course in the morning and another in the afternoon.
